MSI Wind U200 Netbook Review
This machine is marketed as a netbook and can fit into the bracket but would sit at the higher end. This is due to its size and specification. It comes with a 12.1″ screen making it slightly larger than other laptops but also comes with a higher spec Intel Core 2 processor and 2GB RAM.
The result is that the MSI Wind U200 performs well for multi-tasking, managing your photos, using office or watching a film. It looks great and has a solid case that looks great. As keyboards go, its good but not great. It features good size keys but they are quite close together which can lead to issues when typing quite fast.
It weighs just 1.5Kg which isn’t the lightest netbook but still reasonable for portability. The battery life is good and can achieve nearly 6 hours from one charge. It comes with integrated Wi-Fi and a number of output ports including USB, VGA and HDMI.
This is a solid machine that features a good spec, battery life and screen size for the money. The keyboard is its weak area but it does not take away too much from the quality of the machine.
