Packard Bell Dot S2 Netbook Review

The Packard Bell Dot S2 is the follow up to the dot S. The company have released a large range of netbooks over the last few years and this is a quality 10.1″ follow up.

It comes in a range of colours with a solid casing that looks great. It weighs just 1.2Kg so is a light machine as well. The interior keyboard and screen look fantastic. It has a good battery power and while it can’t go as long as the Samsung N210, it can still deliver a comfortable 8 hours from one charge.

It has a very usable keyboard that can suit even those with larger finders. The monitor is very bright and produces a sharp picture.

The spec is a standard netbook one with a moderate processor and 1GB RAM allowing basic multi tasking such as music, browsing the web and using an office application.

This machine provides stylish looks, a solid build, excellent performance and good battery life. It should definitely be on your shortlist if you are looking to decide which laptop to buy.
